Things might have changed wi the Slivka deal, some people think it might be a 3yr contract! I believe Juventus paid £75,000 for him 3yr ago. Both Lithuanians at ER 2nite.

Maybe he's impressed more at East Mains than expected and they've bought out the last year of his deal at Juve?
I'd be more than happy with that kind of contract, just hope if it's done he settles in and enjoys his football - he's a good age to get a few years and a profit at the end if he does well.

It was agreed it would be to be a 1yr loan deal because he had a yr left, when Hibs got in touch with Juventus they were happy to let him go, Hibs then offered a 3yr contract and Sivka decided to agree to cancel his contract wi Juventus. Lennon appears to be delighted with the capture. If they bring in a striker and another mid, this will be the strongest squad we've had in a long time.
