Anthony stokes favouring a loan move to hibs for the rest of the season. Has already made it clear he doesn't want to move to any premiership clubs for the rest of the season, only other interest is Cardiff, but they aren't really interested.

Potential disruption is obviouly a consideration, however, Stubbs must think that he can handle him. You also have to think that if Stokes has aspirations to get to the Euros then he needs to show the right attitude and get goals, which if JC leaves, we are going to need.

I could see a situ where celtic buy JC loan him back to us and let us have Stokes as well, if that doesn't happen they appear to be forming an orderly queue to get him to the English championship with Notts For, Derby & Wolves the front runners and if the dosh is right he is away, believe me!!!

I would take Stokes in a flash!

It's either get him or risk getting an English League 1 or 2 player that could turn out to be awful! At least Stokes gets goals and he would love the challenge of beating Rangers to the title!

I agree that he is completely dislikeable but i am willing to have him if it means us winning the league!

P.s we should've got O'Dea instead of Gunnarsson, he's more likely to stay!
