I Don't think we need Commons. Who do we drop to accommodate him? What position does he play? He's not fit enough or works hard enough to get in to our midfield, if he plays no 10 who drops out?

Teams r about getting the balance right aggression work rate ability etc NOT everyone the same it dosnt work, if there's a chance to take commons with his pedigree of course u would take him no brainier
Play him behind the front 2 or as one of the front two
I wod expect most of our upcoming matches we should b in the front foot, I take it you wouldn't be up for messi either as he's not got the work rate to fit into the present hibs team ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.

Tomo, if it's not broken it don't need fixed. We've got the makings of a very good side and imo we need a goalkeeper and that would do me! Other than that I'm quite happy with the squad. My worry is we start bringing in players just for the sake of it, young ones don't get a chance and we eff up the momentum we have. I honestly don't see how a 32yr old Commons improves us. I would rather go with Scott Martin than him.

Messi's work rate is finominal it always has been. Sorry but don't fancy commons at all, it's ok saying play him behind the front two but iv never seen Lennon play that formation and he won't change it to suit one player. Don't get me wrong he's had a great career but don't think he's what we need.

I think the word your looking for is phenomenal? And messi only works hard in the last third because that's were he hurts teams not anywhere else on the pitch, Martin or commons are u for real? Someone like commons would help youngsters to come through not hinder them,32 years old is not old especially in the championship, he's to good for our league that's why I would take him in a minute,3 months ago would you believe Neil Lennon wod be our manager? Your wrong, I don't think commons suits this league and I don't think he suits our team. As for Scott Martin, were you at the game on Sunday? He's just what we need, he'd run the legs of Commons and he's got vision. If Commons is that good why would Rodgers let him go?

I was present at the game and one swallow dosnt make a summer, while the lad had a good game in a pre season game just back from a loan period from a lower league I'm afraid unlike you I no this don't make him the finished article, the main and only aim is promotion and if Lennon can somehow convince commons to come he will play a major part of winning that goal, experience is everything and that and his natural ability, vision goal scoring would be nothing if not sensational in a hibs jersey

He's 33 in a few weeks, he's always injured, he's overweight and when he is fit he doesn't get picked. As for goals, how many did he score last season? BTW he's on £18K a week, if he's got half a brain he sits tight and picks up nearly a Million quid. Finally if he does put on a Hibs strip I will support him, I just don't think we need him.
