Hateley has signed for Dundee. His loss.

It's quite obvious he wasn't up to our standard. Lennon didn't want him and that's why he hasn't signed.

It would be an absolute miracle if hibs where to lose out to dundee for any player- quote ( hibby 07 )
Back to your football manager game little boy lololololo.

We haven't lost out to Dundee are you deluded or what. Clearly Lennon didn't fancy him after watching him train why do you think the other player is training just now. Honestly all you ever do is criticise others or tell us what you've read in the papers that day. Your teacher must be happy with you.

Your right hibby Lennon didn't rate him he's not good enough for the cabbage.

Exactly that's my point he's not good enough. Let's face it many people come to train and don't get a deal. Tomo seems to play the media game, read something then post it here as if he were first. Hibs are number one and hately knew he wasn't good enough.

If you were Hateley would you join a club where the captain of the club who is an absolute legend had the position you wanted to play in? As for him playing in mid field, who would he replace? Hateley went where he would get a game and that's that! !

He would have been a squad player simple.

I still think we need a squad player who can cover at both left and right back. We have cover all over except defence in my opinion. A loan deal would be good and cause less fuss than a long term signing as back up. Maybe Lennon sees quality in youth that we haven't seen yet though.

Hateley was never going to replace anyone in the hibs team unless he filled in for suspension or injury, which is the depth we didn't have last year or the year before, Dundee offered longer terms than hibs as we only offered a year, that's why he chose Dundee, not as some people think on this site that Lennon didn't fancy him.

Lennon obviously didn't fancy him that much or he would have offered him a 2 yr deal as well, so it would appear everybody's right except you!

Lennon didn't have control over the offered contract he wanted the player but the board didn't back him this happens from time to time as you've pointed out no loss to hibs.

I smell bulls--t! If Lennon wanted him for 2 or 3 yrs LD would have backed him, no doubt! The guy wanted to play not sit on the bench, which is what he would have done if he'd joined us.

Tomo I'd like to know where you get you made up information. I know it's a rumour site but your actually guessing and it's quite clear for all to see. The board room keep all transfer talk private yet you somehow come out with these statements as if you were actually negotiating the deal. Come on stop sprouting and give us inelegant people some credit.

I've told you before and I will tell you once more I work within the walls of Hibernian, wether u believe me or not I don't care, I hear snippets of information on a daily basis not all worth reporting, to me hibby 07 u sound bitter, and are forever putting people down my guess is that your a closet Jambo and never bn to Easter Rd . please play your football manager game and leave the reality big mans talk to everyone else.

Tomo Tomo Tomo Tomo I'm not bitter at all infact if you look at my posts over the years I very rarely disagree with anyone and that info is available for all. I'm only disagreeing with you because you have never once read a post from you that's came true also I don't believe you at all that you work for Hibs. I'm very friendly with some ex players infact most of you have probably met me at one time or another however that's not my point. This bored of direectors we've had have always done everything in secrecy and never told a sole what's going on, the only reason we get snippets is when the actual player in question starts the Tom Tom drums going. I know for a FACT that Lennon had assurances he would get any player he wanted as long as it was within the agreed budget that's why he took the job. Clearly Hately was going to be a squad player and was well within our budget whatever that may be. Quite possibly Lennon only wanted to give him a years deal and the player wanted 2 years but the reality is none of us knows. The facts are if Lennon wanted the guy he would have signed. Getting back to my original point you know nothing as to any transfer talk at east mains as your posts have proven. If and its a big if you worked at Hibs in any capacity some of the info you gave would be true but your posts have all failed to be true. Also I'm very friendly with Gary O'Hagon and a few others that I won't name and they tell me nowt and that's why I know your guessing.
