Henderson isn't coming to Easteroad we have plenty midfielders and that's why we have gone for shinnie.

Well I hope your wrong but shinnie played through the middle and hendos better out wide but I guess it's all down to cash. Leanne dempster seems to be doing a decent job but ultimately Petrie holds the purse strings and the guy has been a hindrance to us for 25 years.

Petrie certainly has his faults but not everything he has done he been bad. He got the club a fantastic stadium and state of the art training facilities which are the envy of every club in Scotland outwith Celtic and Rangers. It's as a result of this that we have been able to attract Neil Lennon and so many good players to the club. Yes as I say Petrie made mistakes but please give credit where it's due. Nobody is perfect.

Hibs want a loan deal for Hendo, he doesn't want to go on loan and that's that! The longer this goes on with Shinnie the less chance it will happen, needs to be next 24 hours.

Zafira are you deluded mate, who cares about a good stadium or training centre, the team have been shect for 25 years give or take the odd season. What's the point in having all these facilities yet we've never had a decent team on the park for years until now ish even at that the stats say we weren't as good as Falkirk last year so if your happy coming third in a league with our budget then more fool you. Remember when herz were on their knees going out of existence and we still couldn't beat them. Petrie and co have been the Bain in Hibernian existence. When was the last time we paid decent money for a player? . Thankfully Petrie has taken a back seat as just about every managerial appointments have failed, Dempster is doing a great job however her hands are tied with the tash being her boss.

Stuart 17 you've just contradicted yourself we aren't going for Henderson because we have to many midfielders that's why we're going for shinnie lol. Eh I take it you don't think shinnie is a midfielder. The bottom line is were not getting Henderson because Celtic want to get rid of him on a permanent basis and Hibs only want to loan him, apparently we can't afford him even although we've sold 11000 season tickets. And according to Lennon our budget is not as good as people would think.

Unfortunately we wouldn't be in this mess (which it still is) if it was for Ebenezer petrie. We went through a fair few managers, some potentially decent may I add because of this man and his lack of financial backing. Petrie ran out of young players to bring through who he'd be able to sell on to the likes of rangers and celtic, when it came time to spend, he hid the wallet, this is why we are where we are. he's a car salesmen, Dempsters came in and knows how to do business with football, fixing petries mess though obviously isn't an overnight success. We will get there but you also have to keep in mind, flooding a bonded team with too many new faces already into a very important season could have adverse effects on the pitch.
