Simon Church has turned down a contract offer saying the money offered was not quite right. Opinions should we offer him more.

Nope. We have a wage structure for a reason. We don’t want to go down the Dumbos and Romanov route. There’s plenty other players out there.

Hard to speculate when we don't know what he's asking for but if it wasn't too far over budget I would have tried a bit more.

Is the fact we haven't upped the contract offer tell us he isn't Lennons priority and he has someone else in mind?
