Wasn't Celtic that SOLD their best player for a QUARTER of their own valuation, remember Stubbs "not for sale at any price", He may not have sold him to Rangers but he done the next best thing, Hibs are now weaker at a time when their biggest rivals for the league are getting stronger. The sale in a way suited rangers as well as the rest of the league as it will make hibs easier to beat (possible relegation battle), it suited Celtic, a couple of quid for a reserve player to get it up the REAL rivals, and finally it suited Stubs, once a Celt, always a Celt (they could have offered a fiver and the tea lady on loan for a week and Stubs would still have threatened to leave if the board didn't accept). The only ones who didn't get something out of the deal is HIBS but can't please everyone.

Hibs need a destroyer in midfield wbi can mix it. Stubbs is a poor man's Wenger after that.
One game so let's get behind the team. Re fans mixed reaction to Scott Allan. He is still wearing a Hibs top. I remember yes ago some idiots giving Chic Charnley grief. Shows how much some football fans know. Footballer and character.

I wonder what Stubbs see's when he analyses Oxleys performances! The first time I noticed how bad he was , was the corresponding game last season where it was evident he is to slow getting down. He doesn't come for balls, shots from distance above head level he flaps at,like the 2 against the yams, and anyone who gets a free kick on target is likely to score! I also don't beieve that Raguerro will be any better.

Oxley is murder can't understand stubbs resigning him he set up the wall on sat then stood behind it why?he looses so many goals inside the six yard box he has no confidence in the defence and vice versa

Get this boy out of our club, get the players in that the manager wants, I cannot imagine cheering or applauding this boy if he ever gets the chance to wear a Hibs jersey again which I very much doubt

If Hibs allow the best player in the league to sign for their biggest rivals for the league title they are showing the worst piece of lack of ambition I have ever seen from this club and it will be 3 seasons in division 1 and a total disaster for this club

If it were not for Stokes it would be 115 years and counting, that squad from Conrad Logan to the substitutes are Hibs legends, how people can slag off Stokes regardless of the reasons he hasn't signed yet are way off the mark.
